Preparing for your puppy.

You Doodle Cottage puppy will go home with a sample of Nuvet supplements but we suggest ordering supplements before bringing your puppy home.  

Your puppy has been eating Ultimates puppy food.  We highly suggest keeping puppy on the food he/she has been eating with us.

We HIGHLY recommend using a crate style kennel with a grate system. This is the only crate we use here at The Doodle Cottage. This style of crate will be extremely helpful during the potty training stage. All puppies have occasional accidents, even in their crate. This style of crate will keep your puppy clean and dry if an accident does occur.  

We love this puppy playpen here at The Doodle Cottage. This playpen can be used indoors and outdoors. Having a playpen for your puppy allows your puppy to have a dedicated play area that is safe and secure. We highly recommend having a puppy playpen for your new puppy. 

If you want the sweetest smelling puppy around we highly recommend this shampoo. We bath all of our puppies using this shampoo. 

Puppies love a soft place to nap. We recommend starting with a small puppy bed. This puppy bed is machine washable. 

Bully sticks are an excellent treat to give your teething puppy. They are safe for puppies of all ages and are gentle on the tummy. 

This sweet and snuggly toy can bring comfort to your puppy, especially during the first nights away from it‘s littermates.

IMPORTANT ITEM!! 

Epi-Otic advanced ear cleanser is recommended for dogs  with floppy or sensitive ears as an antiseptic cleanser and dryer for regular use. We recommend keeping your Doodles ears clean and dry. Ear hygiene is critical in the Doodle breed.
